Reviews and Ratings
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Vinpearl Halong Resort. The hospitality was exceptional, with a genuinely caring staff that made us feel welcome throughout our time there. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering stunning views, though there was a slight issue with our ocean view being blocked by the pool. The amenities were clean and modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. While the dining options were excellent with a vast array of choices, there were moments when it got a bit noisy due to the number of guests. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!
The hotel offers a unique and visually striking experience on its own island, making it a picturesque getaway. However, despite the clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view, the Wi-Fi issues and limited dining options left much to be desired, especially for those seeking a more tranquil dining atmosphere. The service was friendly, but some encounters with staff felt unhelpful and inflexible.
The resort is located on a beautiful island reachable only by boat, offering stunning views of Ha Long Bay and a sense of serene luxury. The staff were cheerful and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. While the rooms were mostly pleasant, I encountered some issues with the TV and the waiting time for my room was longer than expected. Dining options leaned heavily towards Asian cuisine, and while the variety was nice, the temperature of the food could be improved. Overall, it’s a great place for families, though the dining experience might not appeal to everyone.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The staff tried hard to accommodate us but the communication breakdown was frustrating. While the room was upgraded and had a stunning view of Ha Long Bay, the initial room issues and noise disruptions were disappointing. Overall, the location is great and the efforts of the staff made it better than it could have been.
My family and I had a wonderful three-day stay at this resort, complete with an amazing atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Bay. The rooms were nicely appointed and offered fantastic views, though we had a little trouble with the TV. The service had room for improvement, particularly during busier times, but overall, the meals and facilities were great. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and plan to return during the summer holiday.
